About This Role

We are currently opening volunteer leadership roles for individuals who are passionate about tech, design, and building impactful solutions through collaboration. These positions are ideal for those who want to sharpen their leadership skills, grow their portfolio, and work in a remote, English-speaking environment.

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to take on leadership responsibilities in the following roles:

• Project Manager

• Social Media & Design Leader

• Mobile Application Leader

• Web Development Leader

As a volunteer leader, you will guide a team of programmers and/or designers, manage workflows, and ensure successful project delivery. You’ll serve as a mentor, collaborator, and problem-solver — bridging communication across departments to keep the team aligned and productive.

🌍 Working Style: Remote, collaborative, English-speaking environment

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Basic business or startup knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Previous project or team management experience (preferred)
• Passion for education, tech, and community development
• Flutter for Mobile Application Leader
• Django and React for Web  Development Leader
• CTA, SEO, Research, Sense of Design and Ads for Social media and design Leader.
• Business Knowledge for Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (programmers, designers, content creators)

• Manage task assignments, timelines, and deliverables

• Facilitate team meetings and project updates

• Ensure alignment between design vision and technical execution

• Identify blockers and propose practical solutions

• Foster collaboration in an English-speaking remote team environment
